They operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions. This qualification provides a pathway to work in any sector of the hospitality industry as a departmental or small business manager.

Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent and /or above.

This qualification is delivered over a period of one year.

• Contact Hours: 20 Hours per Week x 60 Weeks (1200 Hours)
• Classroom based delivery (face – to – face)
• Attend 20 hours per face – to – face full time study.

• Combination of assessment tasks such as case studies, group tasks, written tasks, report and easy writing, work placement, presentation and practical demonstration.
